Online booking is currently unavailable. All arrangements are confirmed directly with our team via contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp. A trip is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing.

Our treks and expeditions take place at high altitude. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate and for disclosing any relevant health conditions. We reserve the right to amend or halt any activity for safety reasons.

Comprehensive travel insurance including high-altitude medical and evacuation cover is mandatory for all trekking and expedition guests.

Mountain weather and conditions can require itinerary changes at short notice. Where changes are necessary, we will always prioritise your safety. Cancellation terms are shared with your trip confirmation.

Adventure travel carries inherent risks. While we take every reasonable precaution, Himalaya Trails cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
